Refund Policy

At T-24, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Certain items, such as artworks, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    • To start a return, contact our support team at support@t24story.com with your order details and reason for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Refund Process
    • Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@t24story.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  6. Shipping Costs for Returns
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
