Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items, such as artworks, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, contact our support team at support@t24story.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
