At T-24, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency. Please review the terms below carefully.

Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product as per our Return and Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order
- Contact us immediately at support@t24story.com with your order details.
- Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
- For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For orders canceled after dispatch, shipping charges may not be refunded, and the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Exceptions
- Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Sale or promotional items are non-cancelable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
