Cancellation Policy

At T-24, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency. Please review the terms below carefully.

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
    • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product as per our Return and Refund Policy.
  2. How to Cancel an Order
    • Contact us immediately at support@t24story.com with your order details.
    • Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • For orders canceled after dispatch, shipping charges may not be refunded, and the cancellation will be treated as a return.
  4. Exceptions
    • Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
    • Sale or promotional items are non-cancelable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
  5. Changes to Orders
    • If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling it (e.g., change size or product), please contact us at support@t24story.com. Modifications are subject to product availability.
